Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please be aware that if you are 30 minutes late for your appointment it will be considered a no-show, you will receive a partial refund of 50%.
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after 24 hours it will be considered a no-show, you will receive a partial refund of 50%.
As I understand that emergencies arise, I will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Day to day life variables may affect your hypnosis session. When the client is; too tired, too upset, taking medications/drugs or alcohol, having a bad day, etc. If you are feeling you fall into one of these categories it’s advised to reschedule for a later date when you are feeling more grounded.
Important Notice
You must be over 18 years old and with clear mental faculties.
You must be the person requesting a session or reading. Appointments made for others are not accepted.
No substitutions. If you cannot make it to your appointment, it will be canceled or rescheduled.
Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from me.
